You tell me about the project you'd like Chromozoa to quote you on. |
Chromozoa will email an estimate of the predicted cost to you, and should include a time estimate for when a first proof can be delivered to you for review.* |
If you approve the estimate, you can notify Chromozoa via email and the project will move forward. NO WORK CAN BEGIN UNTIL AN ESTIMATE IS APPROVED |
The first proof (a PDF file) will be emailed to you, usually within 5 business days after approval is given. |
You can detail your changes to the artwork by email or instant message or you can APPROVE the artwork by email or instant message. |
If you have changes, a new proof and all subsequent proofs will be ready for you within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted). If you approve the artwork, a final, print-ready PDF will be provided to you to submit to your printer/publisher. If your printer/publisher needs a different kind of file, you can direct them to Chromozoa so that their technical needs for your project can be met. |
On completion of the project, an invoice will be emailed to you, or it can be mailed to you on request. Clients have a 30-day period from the date of the invoice to mail a check to Chromozoa for full payment. Project is closed on receipt of payment. |

*In rare cases, an expedition fee of 75 percent of labor cost may be added when Chromozoa's work queue must be adjusted to accommodate a client's need for a speedy turn-around. Generally—and depending on the amount of work required on a project—this fee may apply in order to complete a job within a day or two, over a holiday, over a vacation or over a weekend. Its implementation is at the discretion of Robert Perry. However, this added fee will need to be agreed upon by the client before the final product can be delivered. |
